Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on marine fisheries, provides a list of trade names of fishery and aquaculture products. The purpose of this text is to enact a list of commercial names of fishery and aquaculture products, i.e. a list of individual species (article 5) and families (article 6) in the Croatian language with their associated scientific names. Fishery and aquaculture products that have been placed on the market, as well as the packaging itself, which has already been marked before the date of entry into force of this Regulation and does not comply with the names prescribed by this text, may be on the market until the stock runs out.
