Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2010, except for the provisions of the Annex 2.1 that will enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes requirements related to the list of approved facilities dealing with animal by-products not intended for human consumption, in accordance with article 26, paragraph 4 of the Regulation on animal by-products not intended for human consumption (Official Gazette 87/09).
