Abstract This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures regarding the applications and issuance of licensing of legal entities operating in the field of liquefied petroleum gas market. It aims at ensuring the transparency, equity and consistency of market activities. The Regulation also covers the duties, powers and responsibilities of the Energy Regulatory Board regarding the licensing procedures. The Regulation further provides for the rights and obligations of license holders.
