Abstract This Regulation here prescribes the necessary name and form of water management acts (also called water permits), the required evidence for their issuance, their mandatory contents, the validity period of such water-legal acts, the powers of water control institutions, and also sets out the rules as regards the storage and safekeeping of those water acts (used for water supply, water use, and wastewater discharge).
