Abstract

This Regulation defines the for mandatory measures aimed to impose the treatment in order to effectively prevent the occurrence and spread of the particularly dangerous contagious animal diseases called the barking skin disease (bruising skin) on the territory of Montenegro and in relation to the transits and imports of infected material and animals from the territory of the Republic of Serbia (Serbia that has a natural geographic state border in common with the Montenegrin territory).
