This Regulation entered into force on 26 July 2014.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down special requirements for Citrus L. fruits originating in the Republic of South Africa, produced in the growing season 2012/2013 imported to Poland, including indication of the requirements that should be included in the phytosanitary certificate. These requirements are specified in art. 2 and comply with Commission Implementing Decision 2013/754/EU on measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Guignardia citricarpa Kiely (all strains pathogenic to Citrus), as regards South Africa.
