Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, determines the implementation of the previously adopted Support Programme for the disposal of animal by-products (animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption), from the period from the year 2021 until 2023. The beneficiary is eligible for support only if registered in the Register of approved establishments in food business of animal origin, kept by the Ministry, and who operates in approved establishments for slaughtering of cattle and ungulates or poultry and lagomorphs.
