Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the implementation of the Support Programme for the arrangement of milk collection points. Support shall be granted in the form of co-financing of eligible costs referred to in Article 7 of this text. An entity in the food business (animal origin foodstuff) registered in the Register of registered food business facilities with a description of the "collection point" activity managed by the Ministry of Agriculture is eligible for support. The Annex is also part of this publication (list of obligations to be met by approved facilities, as specified in the Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs and in HACCP principles).
