Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, determines the manner and administrative procedures for implementing the Support Programme for primary agricultural producers who use agricultural land protected as a cultural asset, as adopted by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia on 28 July 2022. Support from the Program is awarded to support beneficiaries, according to the results of the Public Call. The aid defined in this Support Programme is a small value aid intended for agricultural producers with agricultural holdings that carry out agricultural production on areas where certain cultural property is actually located.
