Abstract This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Low Value Support Programme for farmers for the purchase of mineral fertilizers, which was adopted by the government of the Republic of Croatia and in accordance with the rules defined in the Commission Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agriculture sector. The aid beneficiary is an agricultural producer engaged in the production of one or more eligible crops and has been eligible for aid under the terms of the adopted Programme. This text also specifies related eligibility conditions (article 5) and issues regarding the submission of applications for such support (article 6). The proportion of this aid for the purchase of mineral fertilizers is defined in article 4.
