Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the implementation of the School Honey Day Programme from Croatian apiaries (adopted by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia on 21 April 2022). The competent authorities for the implementation of this Programme are the Ministry of Agriculture, the Agency for Payments and the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food. Eligible users are the founders of school institutions who applied for the published Public Call and which were approved by the decision of the Payments Agency.
