Abstract This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the School Honey Day Program from Croatian apiaries for the year 2023. The program shall be implemented on 7 December 2023, on the occasion of the commemoration of St. Ambrosia (patron saint of bees and beekeepers). The competent authorities for the implementation of the Program are the Ministry of Agriculture, the Agency for Payments and the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food. Eligible users are the founders of school institutions who applied for the published Public Call and which were approved by the decision of the Payments Agency. An acceptable product is honey as a finished product that respects specific rules and standards that are listed in article 5.
