Abstract: The Regulation prescribes various provisions and standards aimed to regulate the correct implementation of the school fruit scheme on the Croatian territory and specifically defines: a) the target group; b) all eligible products and the size of the meal; c) the eligible costs and the method of calculation of the aid; d) the approval of the applicant for support; e) all accompanying measures; f) the conditions for granting the aid; g) administrative controls and control on the ground; h) all inspection matters and duties; i) specific refund of the offered aid.
