Abstract The Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, provides for the implementation of the Programme for support to beekeepers due to the loss of honey production potential (Programme which was adopted by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia on 29 July 2021, and in accordance with the European Commission Regulation (EC) No 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agricultural sector).
