This Regulation entered into force on the fifteenth day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the competent authority and prescribes penal provision related to the means of implementation into the legal system of the Republic of Slovenia, of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1895/2005 on the restriction of use of certain epoxy derivatives in materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
