Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the implementation of the Programme of support to beekeepers for the repair of damage caused by the destruction of bee colonies in 2022 adopted by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia (specified in article 1). Support is small-value support intended for beekeepers whose bee colonies have been confirmed by the State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia to die during the spring months of 2022, and ending on 1 July 2022. The amount of support from the Program is determined by proportional distribution of financial resources from the Program in accordance with the number of affected bee colonies, up to a maximum amount of HRK 860.00 per bee colony.
