Abstract This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the beekeeper support program for the repair of damages caused by the plague of bee colonies during the year 2023. The beneficiary of the support is a beekeeper who has exercised the right to support from the Program and who meets the conditions stipulated in this text. The amount of support from the Program is determined by the proportionate distribution of financial resources from the Program in accordance with the number of affected bee colonies, up to a maximum amount of 130.00 Euro per each bee colony.
