This text enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 14 December 2022).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the implementation of the Assistance Programme for livestock breeders due to the consequences of infection of livestock with foot fever. Eligible beneficiaries of support are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises defined in Article 2 of Annex I of the Regulation on Agricultural Exemption, which are engaged in livestock production. In the case of unjustified payments, the beneficiary of the support will return the amount determined by the Payments Agency as stated in relative Decision on the return of funds.
