This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation takes the guidelines for the surveillance program based on risk assessment, as provided in article 10 paragraph 1 of the Regulation on animal health requirements applicable to aquaculture animals and products thereof, and the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals (Official Gazette 42/08, 36/10).
