Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment establishes detailed provisions on the functioning of the Commission for Genetically Modified Organisms. The Commission is the advisory body under the Minister of the Environment. Its main tasks cover proceedings for the evaluation and qualification of applications for issuing consents and permissions relating to genetically modified organisms.
