This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the frequency of official controls and the charge for the implementation and concrete performance of official controls in the establishments dealing with food of animal origin and establishments dealing with animal by-products not intended for human consumption, including the charge for inspection of shipments to establishments dealing with food for animals during import and export activities on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
