Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the form of questionnaire of the list of producers who have met the requirements concerning the production in organic farming. The form of the questionnaire is specified in the Annex. The questionnaire should be prepared in a spreadsheet and transmitted via electronic means of communication.
