Abstract This Regulations prescribes the form, content and manner of keeping records on the commercial fisheries and landing declaration, reports on the catch and the method of delivery of completed files and reports, that must be provided by legal or natural persons engaged in commercial fishing in the sea, and natural persons engaged in small coastal fishing.
