Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Forest Act, determines the forest management plan of the Cerklje forest management unit, which was prepared for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2029 by the Slovenian Forest Service, Kranj Regional Unit. The Cerklje forest management unit, measuring 13,050.49 ha, is located in the Kranj forest management area, in the municipalities of Kranj, Cerklje na Gorenjskem and Šenčur or in the cadastral municipalities of Šenturška Gora, Štefanja Gora, Velesovo, Češnjevek, Grad, Pšata, Šmartno, Zalog, Dobrava, Lahovče, Spodnji Brnik, Zgornji Brnik, Cerklje, Olševek, Visoko, Luže, Šenčur, Voglje, Trboje, Britof, Primskovo, Klanec, Huje, Čirče and Hrastje (ownership both private and state). Production functions, ecological functions, forestry protection measures, social functions and felling/timber are here defined.
