Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on marine fisheries, prescribes the duration of fishing season for longfin tuna (Thunnus alalunga). It is prohibited to catch, retain on board, tranship and disembark longfin tuna (Thunnus alalunga) in the periods from 1 March until 31 March and from 1 October until 30 November.
