Abstract This Regulation prescribes the methods of application for the extension of breeding programme for domestic animals, that has to be submitted by an association or recognized breeding organization. The extension of animal breeding programme, object of this text, is here defined as an European based breeding programme expansion to the Croatian national territory (see article 2).
