Abstract

This Regulation aims to establish a National Cotton Council composed of traders, industries, associations, cooperatives, research and educational institutes concerned with cotton production and cotton products. The Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of establishment, operation, management, functions, authority, control and financing of the National Cotton Council.
