Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 26 articles, lays down technical requirements to be met by equipment used for the application of plant protection products, conditions and procedure of certification of this equipment, and details on identifying individual machines certified by the mark of conformity. Conditions and procedure of certification are described in Sec. 3. General specification and method of marking all types of devices are defined in Sec. 4.
