Abstract This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 24 articles and two Annexes, establishes details on the content and scope of information which must be provided in the environmental report, and detailed procedure for the assessment of the effects of environmental plans, programmes and other acts which are implemented in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act. This Regulation is divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Environmental report (Sec. 2); Assessment process (Sec. 3); Final provisions (Sec. 4). Annex 1 specifies content of the environmental report and Annex 2 describes content of application for preparation of the plan.
