This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes interventions that are subject to an official environmental impact evaluation; contents, date and methods for making studies on the concrete environmental impact assessment`; way of making reports and standards for the correct evaluations; way of public informing and public participation; and other provisions necessary for the implementation of rights and obligations of the participants in the entire process related to the environmental impact evaluation and assessment.
