This Regulation entered into force on 22 February 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, lays down: (1) detailed method of issuing the document confirming disposal of infectious medical waste or infectious veterinary waste; (2) deadlines for handing of the document confirming disposal of infectious medical waste or infectious veterinary waste; (3) model document confirming disposal of infectious medical waste or infectious veterinary waste (specified in the Annex). The document confirming disposal of infectious medical waste or infectious veterinary waste is issued in the form of report detailing the type and weight of infectious medical waste or infectious veterinary waste which are the subject to disposal within one calendar month.
