Abstract Based on the provisions of Waters Act, this Regulation specifies a detailed method for determining the boundary of the water land of inland waters. The boundary of the water land of flowing inland waters is determined on the basis of: permanent or occasional presence of liquid inland waters; the basic riverbed, including the bank, and, based on the findings, significant geomorphological changes. A schematic representation of the determination of boundaries of the water land is provided in the Annex, which is an integral part of this publication.
