This Regulation entered into force on 27 February 2019.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of 16 articles and three Annexes, lays down: (1) the detailed way of allocation of the general fishing quota; (2) the detailed way of allocation of the additional fishing quota referred to in art. 55 point 1 of the Marine Fishery Act; (3) the unused individual fishing quota for specific species of marine organisms; (4) the amount of fishing quota for individual species of marine organisms intended to secure a possible exceeding of the total fishing quota for individual species. Annex 1 specifies the detailed way of allocation of general and additional quota for cod, Annex 2 for sprat and Annex 3 for central herring.
