Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of 16 articles and three Annexes, lays down: (1) the detailed way of allocation of the general fishing quota; (2) the detailed way of allocation of the additional fishing quota referred to in art. 55 point 1 of the Marine Fishery Act; (3) the unused individual fishing quota for specific species of marine organisms; (4) the amount of fishing quota for individual species of marine organisms intended to secure a possible exceeding of the total fishing quota for individual species. Annex 1 specifies the detailed way of allocation of general and additional quota for cod, Annex 2 for sprat and Annex 3 for central herring.
