This Regulation enters into force eighth days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the list of designated Montenegrin protected fishing areas. This text is relevant to the protected fishing areas of internal or inland waters. These areas, with implemented protection regime in relation to the performance of inland fishing activities, are classified as such in relation to the provisions of article 27 of the Law on freshwater fisheries and aquaculture, that sets the rules and tasks for the designation and marking of protected fishing areas.
