This Regulation entered into force on 17 December 2003.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down organizational, personnel and technical requirements for bee breeding stations and for recognition of other organizations involved in beekeeping, duties of these organizations, and the processes of their authorization and recognition. The conditions on authorized organizations are specified for testing station (art. 4-7) and for queen bee breeding stations (art. 8-14). This Regulation is composed of 27 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Approved beekeeping organizations (Sec. 2); Other recognized beekeeping organizations (Sec. 3); Production and trade in bee genetic material (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
