Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down the criteria for recognizing agricultural land as being in a state that makes it suitable for grazing or cultivation. Agricultural land is considered to be in a condition that makes it suitable for grazing or cultivation if: (1) at least one agrotechnical operation has been carried out to remove or destroy undesirable vegetation - in the case of arable land and permanent grassland ; (2) at least two agricultural treatments have been carried out including one aimed at removing or destroying undesirable vegetation and the other aimed at removing dead trees or branches, or sanitary pruning of dry and drying branches - in the case of orchards.
