This Regulation entered into force on 17 December 2017.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, lays down the criteria for recognition of living and and non-living nature formations as natural monuments. Par. 1 specifies such criteria for trees, par. 2 for shrubs, and par. 3 for formations of non-living nature.
