Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Environmental Protection Law, determines the amount of costs borne by the applicant for granting the right to use the ecological label. The cost of granting the right to use the environmental mark amounts to: 1) an amount of ten thousand dinars is paid for the expert review of the documentation that is submitted with the request for granting the right to use the environmental mark; 2) the amount of five thousand dinars is paid for the preparation of the report and the proposal of the act on the granting of the right to use the environmental mark.
