Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 5, paragraph 7 of this Regulation which will enter into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation specifies how to implement the appropriate and effective measures to detect and control salmonella and other zoonotic agents at all relevant stages of food production, processing and distribution, especially at the level of primary production, including animal feed, in order to reduce their prevalence and the risks posed to the public health.
