Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five articles, lays down: (1) detailed procedures for controlling and preventing the spread of the Spodoptera fruga-perda (Smith), including methods for detecting and identifying that organism; 2) special requirements, including indicating requirements that should be found in the phytosanitary certificate if plants are introduced into the territory of the Republic of Poland from third countries; (3) plants susceptible to infestation by Spodoptera fruga-perda (Smith) which should have phytosanitary certificates.
