This text entered into force on 23 March 2021.
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Management of Genetically Modified Organisms Act, and in accordance with the Directive 2001/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms and repealing Council Directive 90/220/EEC, determines the detailed content of the application for authorization for the deliberate release of genetically modified organisms into the environment. The Annex is also part of this publication (Annex 1: Notification of deliberate release of GMOs into the environment, excluding higher plants; Annex 2: Notification of deliberate release of genetically modified higher plants).
