Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Management of Genetically Modified Organisms Act, and in accordance with the Directive 2001/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms, determines more detailed content of the application for obtaining a product authorization, and also provides information that is not part of the notification, where the notifier proposes to reduce the scope of the notification if the placing on the market use does not pose a risk.
