This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation regulates the content, form and manner for the correct mandatory keeping of water management documents and official records on performed waterworks, including the provisions aimed to determine the exact amount and charges for the issuance of extracts from water-related documents, the scope of data on water and the aquatic environment that is collected, processed and interpreted by Croatian Waters (national water management institution), and other related rules and administrative requirements.
