This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the content and scope of the risk assessment of the deliberate release into the environment (Risk Assessment) of genetically modified organisms (GMOs), the methodology of preparing the risk assessment, and the requirements to be met by legal persons for preparing the risk assessment on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
