This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the contents and manner of keeping the Serbian cadastre of bee pasture. The cadastre is a collection of data on the presence of honey plants in a certain area, in accordance with the national Law on livestock. The cadastre determines the basic honey potential of certain species of bee pasture. The cadastre forms the basis for the implementation of grazing order on the territory of one or more local self-government units. The cadastre must contain the following information: 1) alphanumeric database; 2) digital map; 3) analog map. Beehives must also be drawn in the digital and analog map.
