This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (and it shall apply starting 1 January 2009).
Abstract

This Regulation determines the content and manner of keeping records on quantities of abstracted water, and sets the rules for submitting of related data on quantities of abstracted water to competent agencies for each water area. Holders of obligations are all legal and natural persons who capture, draw and use (or deliver to other users) surface and/or groundwater for various purposes (drinking water supply, sanitary and technical needs, irrigation, etc.). Exceptions are listed in paragraph 2 of article 2.
