This Regulation enters into force on the day of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the conditions for plant health and its related security standards under which: identity and health checks of certain plants, plant products and other regulated objects originating in certain countries or areas is carried out; the introduction, transport or transit may be carried out at reduced frequency.
