Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of the article 3 which shall enter into force on the day of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down the conditions under which the derogations from certain phytosanitary requirements are allowed when importing coniferous wood originating from Canada, if the appropriate heat treatment was conducted.
