This Regulation enters into force on the day of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down the conditions under which derogation from provisions laid down in article 17, paragraph 1 of the Plant Health Act (Official Gazette 75/05), with regard to List III, Part A, item 15 of the Regulation on measures against the introduction and spread of organisms harmful to plants, plant products and other regulated objects, and measures to control these organisms (Official Gazette 74/06), when introducing plants of Vitis L, other than fruits, intended for grafting and originating in the Republic of Macedonia.
