This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 30 November 2020).
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the conditions that shall be met in terms of staff and equipment by all legal entities implementing emergency measures and measures aimed for eradication and prevent of entry of invasive alien species on the territory or part of the territory of Montenegro. Article 2 lists the necessary requirements in terms of professional/educational issues to be met; article 3 sets out rules regarding the necessary technical/equipment requirements.
